Question 1

Is my bank data safe?

Accepted Answer

ClarityTrack reads balances and transactions via Plaid. It never stores your bank credentials and cannot move money. Plaid connects to 12,000+ financial institutions and is used by Venmo, Robinhood, and Betterment.

Question 2

Will Clarity get my numbers wrong?

Accepted Answer

Clarity reads your balances and transactions from your connected accounts through Plaid and works from those figures, not from numbers you typed or a model's guess. Anything it changes is shown to you first and waits for your yes, so you can check it before it happens. If your bank is slow to update, a balance can lag until the next sync.

Question 3

Can't any AI write me a money plan now?

Accepted Answer

It can, and writing the plan is the easy part. ClarityTrack keeps it: it scores your payoff plan and each savings goal as ahead or behind on your home screen without being asked, on numbers that match your bank, and updates it every time money moves. Anything hard to undo is previewed and waits for your yes, and ClarityTrack never moves your money.

Question 4

Will ClarityTrack tell me which investments to buy or sell?

Accepted Answer

No. We'll show what concentration means for your goals, and we'll never tell you which stock to sell.

Question 5

What if my bank is not supported?

Accepted Answer

Import a CSV or PDF statement. ClarityTrack parses it and tracks your payments the same way as a live Plaid connection.

Question 6

What is the difference between Personal and Business?

Accepted Answer

Room, not features. Both plans get the same product. Personal covers your own money, in 1 financial context, and 2 connected Gmail inboxes. Business covers up to 5 of each, keeps your money and your business's apart, and covers your personal finances in the same subscription. If you are already over a limit, nothing is taken away: the limits apply when you add something new.

Question 7

Can I cancel before the 30 days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. No email required, no support ticket.

Question 8

Why does ClarityTrack require a card upfront?

Accepted Answer

It filters for people serious about their money. The demo workspace is available with no card and no signup if you want to explore the product first.

Question 9

How is ClarityTrack different from YNAB or Monarch Money?

Accepted Answer

ClarityTrack is built around one question: are you ahead or behind on the goals you set? It reads every account, personal and business, answers that in one place, and can act on it when you ask: log a payment, set a budget, update a goal. Anything hard to undo is shown to you first and waits for your yes.

Question 10

Is ClarityTrack only for debt?

Accepted Answer

No. The question ClarityTrack answers is concrete either way: am I ahead or behind? That question drives a debt payoff, a house deposit, a monthly spending cap, or a financial independence number equally well. ClarityTrack tracks any financial obligation or goal with a target.

Question 11

How does ClarityTrack know if I am on track?

Accepted Answer

Every goal gets a target and a status: ahead, on track, or behind, with what it takes to hit your date. ClarityTrack works the status out fresh each time you open it or ask Clarity.

Question 12

Is ClarityTrack better than a spreadsheet?

Accepted Answer

A spreadsheet only knows what you type into it, and it cannot tell you whether you are on schedule. ClarityTrack connects to your accounts through Plaid, reads your balances and transactions automatically, and tells you whether each goal is ahead or behind whenever you check.
